The Nurturing Quiz is an informal multiple-choice inventory
given pre and post intervention designed to measure knowledge
parents and teens have of appropriate parenting practices.
The Nurturing Quiz is easy to score and provides useful
information regarding gains in knowledge the participants
made. Each complete Nurturing Parenting Program comes with
a package of 40 Nurturing Quiz specific to the developmental
level of the parenting instruction (Infants, Toddlers
and Preschoolers, School-Age, and Teen Parents).

The Family Social History Questionnaire is a self-report
inventory given pre and posttest to gather information regarding
the family demographics (age, gender, income, education
level, etc.) and perceptions of childhood history. Participants
rate the quality of their life with their partners and children.

of 40 Family Social History Questionnaires.

At the end of each home visit or group session, parents
complete a Program Evaluation Form and rate the quality
of the specific session, as well as the quality of their
program in general. Parents list things they liked and disliked
about the sessions and are offered opportunities to make
recommendations to improve the instruction. An excellent
way to assess the progress of the group and the clarity
of your instruction. Each complete Nurturing Parenting Program
comes with a package of 120 Program Evaluation Forms.
