Each Nurturing Game contains cards and directions that are published both in English and Spanish. Roll the dice and land on a square.

Yellow squares are PRAISE squares. Land on a PRAISE square and the player can either praise him/herself or another player.

Pink squares are HUG squares. Land on a Hug square and give another player a hug.

Green squares are FEELING squares. Land on a Feeling square and pick a card. "When I see people without homes I feel..."

Brown squares are SELF-AWARENESS squares. Land on a Self-Awareness square and pick a card. "What kind of person are you?"

Rust squares are PERSONAL POWER squares for Adults. Land on a Personal Power square and pick a card. "My favorite memory of childhood is..."
