"I am writing to express my gratitude to you
for speaking at my class on the Nurturing Parenting
Program last Thursday. Your presentation is highly
informative, inspiring, and engaging. You have modeled
the nurturing qualities of a trainer/consultant to
my students. After your presentation, we continued
to process what they have learned from you and they
expressed strong interest in pursuing further training
in parenting workshops. Your professionalism, together
with your humor and passion, is highly commendable.
I am grateful to you...for making this presentation
available to students at my university. I hope we
can continue our partnership in bringing examples
of best professional practices to future counselors
in our community." - Assistant Professor
(Counseling & Rehabilitation) California State
University, Fresno CA
"It takes a special teacher to help individuals
learn about themselves in order to understand how
they were raised. You are a caring, supportive, creative
person who helps individuals in need to resolve their
problems with utilizing positive techniques. The class
and I were fortunate to have a positive facilitator
who showed compassion towards each individual. You
are blessed with a special gift to be a positive role
model to have people open up. Even if someone were
unable to speak your would find a way for him or her
to express their feelings." - Assistant Professor
(Education) California State University, Fresno CA
"I just love this class and I especially love
you and how you teach the class. You model for us
genuineness, caring, how to set boundaries, and how
to teach in an informal but very effective way. I
am so glad I took this class and look forward to teaching
it in a couple of weeks. I could not have imagined
teaching a parenting class, but this seems so experiential...it
doesn't seem like what I think of as a "class."
Thank you for caring so much about teaching that it
rubs off on us. I can see how much you love it and
how much you have (and continue to) put into it. Thank
you. - IM
