Paul N. Toruño Melville, MSW, LICSW (he/him/his) has been the “go-to-guy” for parent support options in Eastern Massachusetts for nearly twenty years and has been a disciple of all things Nurturing for well over a decade.  Paul is a sought after trainer and an engaging parent educator wherever he goes.  He has started and managed two Family Resource Centers, coordinated the Cape Cod Fathers and Family Network, and was Director of Training and Technical Assistance at Family Nurturing Center of Massachusetts.

Paul works directly with fathers and other parents who have children of all ages, in hospitals, Early Intervention programs, homeless shelters, and corrections facilities; he has presented to parents and to professionals who work with families at many local and regional conferences, and he has trained countless facilitators to work with parents and caregivers of all genders.  Paul is the nurturing father of two young adults and a school-aged child.
