Carol Orr Bolger #290

Carol Orr Bolger is the Community Education and Outreach Coordinator for Casa de los Ninos. She received her BSW from Arizona State University.

Carol started her career working at the shelter at Casa de los Ninos in 1987, leaving the shelter work to pursue desires to work with families in their home environments. She worked with Healthy Families, then moved into Child Welfare where she managed and supervised many programs: Parent Aide, Supervised Visitation, Parents As Teachers, Nurse Family Partnership, Children with Incarcerated Parents, and Transportation services for Children while in state custody.

In 2017, She returned to Casa de los Ninos to Community Education and Outreach and in the role as Coordinator. This has provided the opportunity to bring her 35+ years in social services to full circle by educating the community on child welfare and child development while supporting and building resilient children and families.
